Psilocybe cubensis Mazatapec is a strain picked in Mexico around Mazapatec region. Considered an easy strain to grow it is a good start for the ones entering into the mushroom cultivation world. The favorite substrate of this strain is grain or pasteurized dung with straw. Although easy to grow, some say that the colonization of the substrate is a bit slower and the caps will only open late in the maturation of the mushroom. During colonization the optimal temperature is between 27 and 30°C and during cropping is 22 – 30°C. As for the effects we’ve heard about beautiful visions with spiritual experiences.
