The psilocybe cubensis is also known as Stropharia cubensis, Stropharia cyanascens or Stropharia caerulescens, but the most common name is the ´Mexican mushroom´. This big mushroom has a yellow head, which can be 1,5 to 8 centimeters in diameter and a stem of 4 to 15 centimeters long. The Psilocybe cubensis is very easy to grow, and is one of the most famous ´magic mushrooms´ used in the world. The Colombian is often referred to as the “social mushroom”.
